Traditional Reverse Flow Smoker/Cooker/Warmer with the Asado Grill, all mounted on the Single Axle Trailer chassis.
Our new model BM-3 has just now appeared on the BBQ market (in September 2023), with various updates and improvements that will greatly facilitate the work of the cook chef, save time, fuel consumption, temperature, and provide the possibility of grilling on direct heat, which this model did not have before.
It’s a unique portable large size barbecue Trailer with enormous grilling and smoking space. The BBQ Trailer is a fully-functional mobile cooking machine, complete with three independent cooking chambers:
1.The large reverse flow horizontal smoking/cooking chamber(main), it’s for traditional “low and slow” cooking/smoking methods, also it can be used for “hot and fast” smoking/cooking methods , equipped 6 cooking racks, grease/fat drip tray (drainage) for easy cleaning and maintenance.
2. The cabinet Smoker/Cooker/Warmer at the back of the trailer, it’s the separate independent chamber for traditional smoking/cooking methods, equipped with 4cooking racks, with a drip tray/pan and heat intake damper for easier temperature control.
3. Long Asado Grill mounted on the other side of the main chamber for direct heat grilling, for meats such as steak, kebab, burger, sausages, also vegetables, etc. .. Crank wheel for lowering and raising up the grilling grate for easy temperature control…
This versatile set up on a trailer lets you smoke/cook/grill in different temperatures in all chambers at the same time.
BM-3 all doors/lids (main chamber, cabinet, and firebox) sealed with the heat resistant fiberglass gasket for fuel-saving, easier control and save internal temperature, prevent smoke leaks, etc.
The BBQ Unit is made in 3mm-4mm and 5mm thick steel (different parts-different steel plate thickness), finished in heat-resistant paint and looks smart and sophisticated.
This really has everything you need for the family business to use for private parties, corporate events, music festivals, country shows, BBQ Competitions, and even BBQ rental stores.

DELIVERY: Please ask for a shipping quote and estimate delivery time before purchase!
Please note that the forklift is required on delivery to unload a large pallet from the truck/lorry, the trailer is mounted on the large pallet, also must be good access for HGV vehicles and no traffic restrictions.
